Locati Antiques is pleased to present an online auction featuring items from various estates and collections. The core of the auction is dedicated to Chinese items from the collection of Thomas Constant. Mr Constant’s father, Colonel Samuel Victor Constant served as assistant to military attaché General Stilwell at the U.S. Embassy in China from 1925 to 1937. During this period Colonel Constant, who was fluent in Chinese, collected a variety of Chinese pieces, many of which are included in this sale. Also offered are musical instruments, fine silver, artwork, Americana and much more.
