Brad Jacobs, former Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) State Ornithologist, had a deep passion and love for bird conservation. A kind and gentle soul, he never made any birder feel silly, no matter their birding experience. Help us continue his great work by purchasing one of these prints from the book, “Birds of Honduras.” Proceeds will go to Migratory Bird projects.
The Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation (MCHF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1997 to advance conservation and appreciation of Missouri’s natural resources, including fish, forest and wildlife. We work with donors and other conservation partners to financially support the mission and priorities of the MDC at the statewide, national and international level.
Having raised and invested more than $22.5 million in conservation programs, we continue to finance projects ranging from migratory bird programs to youth hunting and fishing events to endangered species habitat protection. We support the state’s nature centers, as well as hiking and wildlife viewing activities - anything that allows Missourians to enjoy the outdoors in urban or rural areas.
Preservation South Carolina is a non-profit organization operating in South Carolina since 1990, dedicated to preserving and protecting the historic and irreplaceable architectural heritage of South Carolina.
